Mortgage Loan - For Qatari 

A mortgage loan helps in realising the dream for a home. The applicant needs to be between the age of 18 and 75 from the application till the term of the loan expires. Furthermore the borrower needs to earn a minimum monthly salary of QAR 10,000.  The maximum monthly repayment due on the loan cannot exceed 75 percent of the basic salary and social allowance per month. The applicant needs a valid Qatar ID card, a copy of the title deed of the property, first legal mortgage over the property and a Salary certificate from the employer. A certified real estate valuation completes the list of required documents.
